Faulty / Incorrect item(s) Returns
Faulty / incorrect item(s) returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us through our email. State the order number, fault / incorrect item(s) and whether a full refund or replacement is required. Our return address can be found on the parcel’s label. We recommend MyHermes for return delivery. The customer will be responsible for return delivery but the MyHermes cost will be reimbursed once the fault has been approved. An incorrect item(s) must be unused in its original packaging otherwise the return will be rejected.
If an item develops a fault after 30 days, we’ll ensure to resolve the issue. Images may be required to ensure an efficient resolution.
Returns are accepted for unused items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging otherwise the return will be rejected. To initiate a return, contact us through our email. Cancellation of the order may be possible before the item has been marked as dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll confirm whether the cancellation can be approved.
